1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

A consumer means any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

By listing products in our online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for those products.
You may place products into the shopping cart without obligation and review or amend your order at any time before submitting it.
The contract is concluded by clicking the order button, thereby accepting our offer.
You will immediately receive an order confirmation via e-mail.

3. Contract Language and Storage

The contract language is English.
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions in text form.

4. Delivery Terms

  • Free shipping for orders above AUD 75.

  • Delivery is available only via shipping — in-person collection is not possible.

  • We do not deliver to parcel lockers or P.O. boxes.

5. Payment Options

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card (charged immediately upon ordering)

  • PayPal / PayPal Express

  • Bank transfer (pre-payment; order shipped after payment is received)

  • Other local payment methods as displayed at checkout

6. Warranty and Guarantees

Statutory warranty rights apply.
Any additional product-specific guarantees will be clearly stated in the product description.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Vouchers (30-Day Return Policy)

Customers are entitled to return products within 30 days of receiving them.

Refunds are issued exclusively as a store credit (voucher).
Refunds to the original payment method are not possible.
The voucher is valid indefinitely, may be used on all products, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Exclusions from the Right of Return

For hygiene and health protection reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Hair-styling products that cannot be hygienically re-sealed after use.

  • Oils and other liquid care products that have been opened or used.

  • Product bundles (e.g. serum + cleansing oil) unless returned complete, sealed, and unopened.

Important:
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to unopened, original-sealed products.
If products are returned opened or used, a store credit will be issued instead for the item value.
We appreciate your understanding that we must comply with strict hygiene standards.

8. Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
